In order to pay School Fees please login into your account and click on Payments and Receipts.

1. Make Payment
   Select the desired payment option and click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”
2. Confirmation
   Please ensure that your address and email are the same ones given to your credit/debit card provider then click on “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”. You will now be redirected to WorldPay to complete your payment.
3. Thank you for your payment

If your transaction was successful you will be shown confirmation that your payment was authorised.

[accordion-item title=”Register as a parent” id=apply-bursary]

When you register as a parent on our website you will create an account that you can log into in future and manage all your applications with our school.

To register, click on Admissions and from the drop down box select and click on “Register to Apply on Line”. Alternatively go to Parents and from the drop down box select and click on “New Parent Register here”

1. Enter your information.
   You will be asked to enter your name, email address and to create a password.
2. Enter secondary contact
   Secondary contacts will be able to receive a copy off all invoices and account notices. Please note this user will not be able to login or make payments.
3. Submit your informations
   When you click “Register” your account will be created and a confirmation email will be send to the email address provided.
   We won’t share your personal information without your consent.
4. Registering two accounts

Only one parent should register. The same parent should then login in order to register a 2nd or 3rd child that he/she wishes to place in School now or at a later time.

[accordion-item title=”Register a new child” id=apply-bursary]

To start a new application please login into your account, click on “Start A New Application” and follow these steps:

1. Confirm your details
   Make sure all your information are correct and update the ones that are not.
   You will then need to accept our Application Terms and Conditions and then click on “Continue”.
2. Pupil details
   Enter your child information and click “Continue”.
   Please Note: enter your child’s surname in the male form, even if you are registering a girl. For example Έλενα Παπαδοπούλου should be registered as Elena Papadopoulos, not Elena Papadopoulou
3. Application Fee
   All applications are subject to a £15 application fee. The application fee is non-refundable. Please ensure that your address and email are the same ones given to your credit/debit card provider.
4. Confirmation
   You will now be redirected to WorldPay to complete your payment.
5. Thank you for your payment

If your transaction was successfully made you will be shown with a screen saying that your payment was successfully made.

[accordion-item title=”Accept a place” id=apply-bursary]

After successfully registering a child you will be offered a place.

To accept the place, go to my account page, click on “VIEW PUPILS/APPLICATIONS”, then click on the pupil name with “Place offered” status, click on “Accept Place” button and follow these steps:

1. Medical Details
   You will be asked to fill the medical form in order to complete the registration.
2. Make Payment
   You will now have to pay a deposit fee. The deposit will be returned when students are withdrawn from the school provided that a term’s notice is given to the Registrar of the School in writing and all school fees have been paid. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained by the school.
3. Confirmation
   Please ensure that your address and email are the same ones given to your credit/debit card provider then click on “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”. You will now be redirected to WorldPay to complete your payment.
4. Thank you for your payment
   If your transaction was successfully you will be shown with a screen saying that your payment was successfully.

To apply for bursary, go to my account page, click on “VIEW PUPILS/APPLICATIONS”, then click on the pupil name and then click on “Apply for Bursary” button and follow these steps:

1. Select a Pupil
   You will be asked to select the pupil for which you would like to apply for bursary. After selecting the child please click “Continue”.
2. Reasons for bursary application
   Fill in the form and then click “Continue”.
3. Confirm bursary application
   Make sure all the details are correct and then click “CONFIRM APPLICATION”.

To make a donation, go to donate page, and follow these steps:

1. Confirm your details
   Make sure all the details are correct.
2. Create A Donation
   Fill in the donation amount, select if you would like us to publicly credit you with the donation and then click “Continue”.
3. Confirmation
   Please ensure that your address and email are the same ones given to your credit/debit card provider then click on “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”. You will now be redirected to WorldPay to complete your payment.
4. Thank you for your payment

If your transaction was successfully made you will be shown with a screen saying that your payment was successfully made.
