On Saturday 16th November, our A-Level class had the privilege of visiting the stunning exhibition “Images Through Matter” by the renowned artist Rena Papaspyrou at the Hellenic Centre. The students were captivated by the depth and artistry of her work, which beautifully blends material and meaning.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms Agapi Harmani  for her insightful and inspiring guided tour, and to Ms Maria Kalli  for sharing the fascinating history of the building. We are also deeply grateful to Ms Naya Yiakoumaki (@nayiayiakoumaki) the Director of the Hellenic Centre, for so warmly supporting this enriching educational experience.

Lunch was equally special, thanks to the delicious packed meals provided by Opso London and Pittabun. A big thank you as well to St Marylebone Parish Church for graciously offering their crypt for our students to enjoy their lunch in such a unique setting.

This visit was a perfect blend of art, history, and culture, and we are so grateful for everyone who made it possible.
