Yesterday, in honour of International Museum Day (18th May), we held a special school assembly dedicated to the importance of museums in preserving culture, inspiring curiosity, and connecting us with our past.
Our GCSE1 students took the lead, presenting a range of wonderful ideas and activities we could take part in this year to celebrate museums. Adding a magical touch to the assembly, our Year 3 students performed the beloved song “Μες στο μουσείο” (In the Museum) from Lilipoupoli, filling the hall with music and joy. 🎶
A big bravo to all students and staff involved for making this celebration so meaningful and inspiring! 👏
