Dear parents,
The PTA needs your help! We are organising a fundraising Christmas party on 10th December 2016 at the school, from 11.30am onwards, and all the parents are invited to attend.
There will be an opportunity to buy gift items and festive treats, and take part in lots of fun festive activities in aid of the school, that the children will want to participate in. Therefore it is recommended that the children have pocket money with them. You will need around £10 per child.
We appreciate there is not much time to organise it all, and we would like to ask for your help, by bringing lots of donations of little toys, gifts, prizes and individually wrapped confectionery to be brought to school in the morning.
We will also need lots of party finger food contributions from everyone for the food stall, such as sandwiches, sausage rolls, spinach pies, crisps, biscuits, festive treats, juices and fizzy drinks. These are to be brought to the main hall in the morning.
Finally, we are in need of volunteers, so if you are able to assist in the preparations or run a stall just come and find us. It will be a fun day!
The PTA’s funds are used to provide assistance with purchasing additional materials for the school. We look forward to seeing you all next Saturday.
