Why do you write? Which pencil do you use to write? When are you going to stop writing? Why do you write children stories? How do you come up with ideas for your books?
These were just a few of the numerous questions that our students, young and older, had for the well known children’s books author, Mr Filippos Mandilaras. Filippos, guest author of the Children’s Reading Club (http://www.ekivil.org/), came to our school on Saturday and offered us a hugely interactive assembly answering children’s questions openly and honestly, and giving us an insight on how a book is written. It was such a special day for all!
