We are thrilled to share that two of our talented students, Iris (Year 3B) and Chryssa (Year 5), were awarded prizes in the “Travel to Greece” drawing competition organised by the Education Office of the Greek Embassy London!

🏛️ Iris’ creation is a vibrant and imaginative panorama of Greece — combining iconic landmarks like the Parthenon and ancient theatres with island villages, sailing boats, marine life, and even a diver exploring the deep blue. Her artwork is a joyful celebration of Greek culture, nature, and history, brought to life with incredible thought and care.

🌊 Chryssa’s artwork transports us to a peaceful Greek island at sunset — cobbled streets, blooming bougainvillaea, whitewashed houses with blue shutters, and a charming group of cats gathered around a young girl. Her use of colour and detail beautifully captures the magic and warmth of island life in Greece.

👏 A huge bravo to both Iris and Chryssa for their wonderful achievements, and heartfelt thanks to the Greek Embassy for giving young students the opportunity to share their creativity and love for Greece.
