Last week, Year 3 delivered a powerful presentation in assembly for World Mental Health Day. They focused on the importance of understanding and accepting our feelings, and reminded us that it’s okay to feel sad, anxious, or angry sometimes. They highlighted that all emotions are a natural part of being human, and that talking about how we feel can help us feel better.
A thoughtful presentation and a wonderful reminder that embracing our emotions is the key to a happier, healthier mind 🙂
